Junior Graphic Designer (Hybrid, Cluj-Napoca)

WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY

• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them for approval
• Create graphics by operating necessary equipment and software
• Coordinating with colleagues from the design team, marketing, engineering, agencies, and art services if necessary
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
• Communicating with your managers and colleagues about the requested layouts and designs
• Creating a wide range of graphics such as illustrations, Social Media Packs, and Landing Pages using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Follow the brand guidelines and design artwork and landing pages for our marketing needs
• Present the final concept to the team, ask for feedback, and implement changes if needed
• Ability to work independently on several projects and take responsibility for the implementation when necessary.

WHAT QUALIFIES YOU TO JOIN US ON OUR MISSION

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic designer / Web and Ui designer
• A way to showcase your skills during the interview process (portfolio, case studies, whiteboard challenge, open to a short home assignment)
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and a strong eye for visual composition
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design
• Experience with computer-aided design
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field;
• Experience using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat) is a must. Also experience working with Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Hybrid working model (2 days/ week in office).
