Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other developers, UI/UX designers, product manager, and other stakeholders to build new features and products
• Help develop and maintain our WordPress blog (PHP) and Node.js integrations.
• Build new features, fix bugs, and ensure code quality.
• Participate in code reviews and learn best practices.

What does success look like after 6 months?

• Have an understanding of the existing products and projects
• You understand our WordPress architecture and Node.js components.
• You regularly deliver small-to-medium features with minimal supervision.
• Your code follows our standards, showing growing JavaScript/TypeScript and PHP skills.
• You communicate effectively, propose improvements, and proactively solve issues.

What qualifies you to join us on our mission

• 12 months experience with PHP/WordPress
• 12 months experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (academic or internship accepted).
• Basic knowledge of Node.js (e.g., Express.js, REST APIs) 
• Familiarity with Git and basic HTML/CSS
• Basic understanding of SQL (or NoSQL) databases
• Strong willingness to learn and collaborate
• Experience with Git and Git-based workflows
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Nice to have: Full-stack experience (Vue / React development)
• Hybrid working model (1 day/ week in office)
