The VIP Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance the experience, engagement, and lifetime value of high-value customers. Reporting to the Head of VIP Marketing, the manager will lead the VIP proposition, oversee campaigns and programs, and work cross-functionally to drive customer retention and business growth. The ideal candidate should have effective communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects at any given time, strong organization skills and pay great attention to details.
WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY
- Lead VIP marketing strategy, aligning programs with customer needs and business goals through SWOT analysis and ongoing optimization. Develop and lead VIP marketing strategies to drive retention and engagement of high-value customers.
- Improve VIP onboarding, offboarding and lifecycle experiences through targeted personalization and segmentation to boost key KPIs.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., CRM, Analytics, Data Science, Product) to develop and deliver targeted campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, customer behavior and ROI using data insights, providing strategic recommendations.
- Oversee budgets, manage internal resources, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives and projects.
- Prepare, maintain and present weekly status reports.
- Review VIP propositions across brands, apply best practices, and share insights to drive alignment and improvement.
WHAT QUALIFIES YOU TO JOIN US ON OUR MISSION
- 3–5 years of experience in retention marketing, customer lifecycle management, and VIP marketing strategies
- Proven track record in implementing and managing digital marketing programs in a multi-channel environment
- Positive personality, excellent communicator with strong English language skills (written and verbal).
- Proven success in multi-channel marketing with CRM and business intelligence experience.
- Experience managing VIP programs.
- Familiarity with campaign testing, automation, and personalization tools.
- Experience with the MS Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Exceptional negotiator and detail-oriented, thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and produce high-quality reports, proposals as well as actionable insights.
- Hybrid working model (2 days/ week in office).
