Influencer Manager (YouTube Affiliate Partnerships)
About the Role
We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and highly analytical Influencer Manager to own and scale our YouTube affiliate partnerships. In this role, you will manage sponsorships end-to-end, identifying the right creators, building strong agency relationships, negotiating competitive deals, and tracking performance to continuously improve results. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with high-volume outreach, and makes decisions based on data.
What You’ll Be Doing
High-Volume Outreach & Deal Setup
- Conduct daily outreach to agencies and YouTube creators to source partnership opportunities.
- Schedule and lead introductory calls/meetings with potential partners.
- Negotiate rates and deal structures (e.g., CPM / CPA) to secure the best value for the business.
Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of active conversations, negotiations, and upcoming placements.
Campaign Execution & Partner Management
- Coordinate campaign logistics end-to-end, including briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
- Ensure all messaging and talking points are met, and integrations are delivered as agreed.
- Manage deadlines to ensure sponsorships launch on time.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and creators to support long-term collaboration.
Performance Tracking, Analysis & Reporting
- Track campaign performance daily, including views, CTR, CPA, and other relevant KPIs.
Analyze results to identify what’s working, what isn’t, and why. - Produce clear reporting and recommendations to improve future partnerships and ROI.

- You rely on metrics and performance insights to guide decisions and optimize outcomes.
- You are persistent and comfortable with outreach-heavy work, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- You take ownership and drive deals forward through to close.
- You can manage multiple campaigns and partner conversations simultaneously without missing key details.
- You maintain accurate tracking and follow a structured process.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with influencers or managing influencer campaigns (YouTube preferred).
- Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management and CRM tools.

- At the moment, we do not sponsor visas in the EU. For Hong Kong, we require at least two years of working experience and a university degree in a related field. For Singapore and the UK, we can only sponsor visas for mid-career or above.
