Head of DevOps

ExpressVPN operates one of the world’s most trusted digital privacy platforms, serving millions of users globally. Our infrastructure powers secure, high-availability services at massive scale — and we’re looking for a hands-on Head of DevOps to lead our multi-cloud strategy and operate mission-critical systems with enterprise-grade reliability.

This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives at scale, thinks long-term, and isn’t afraid to dive deep into architecture and automation.

 

What You’ll Own

• Lead global DevOps, SRE, and Infrastructure teams
• Own AWS + GCP architecture and operations
• Drive reliability, scalability, security, and disaster recovery
• Consolidate Kubernetes platforms into a GitOps-based model
• Elevate incident response and operational excellence
• Implement deep observability across distributed systems
• Lead cloud cost governance and optimization at scale
• Oversee security tooling, threat modeling, and architecture reviews
• Drive compliance alignment (ISO, PCI, and related standards)

 

What You Bring

• 10+ years in DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure
• 3+ years leading high-performing technical teams
• Deep AWS + GCP expertise
• Strong Kubernetes + GitHub + automation experience
• Proven track record operating high-traffic, globally distributed systems
• Strong cloud security and compliance knowledge
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on leadership style
