UX Growth Designer

Tel Aviv, Israel

Job description: UX Growth Designer

Role Highlights

Are you a world-class UX Growth Designer who can help drive our vision of becoming the world’s most trusted provider of consumer internet privacy services?

Our design team crafts high-performing, user-centered experiences that encourage people to make their digital lives more private and secure. We take a highly iterative approach, combining research, data, and experimentation to continuously improve results.

Your role is to elevate both our conversion performance and brand experience — optimizing key web journeys through testing and CRO, while ensuring we’re known for trusted products and exceptional design. You’ll collaborate with a talented team across campaigns, websites, and product experiences to turn traffic into customers.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the creative and optimization strategy for key revenue funnels, campaigns, and product-driven experiences, with a strong focus on improving conversion rates.
  • Define and evolve data-informed design systems, templates, and frameworks that enable rapid experimentation and iteration across web channels.
  • Work closely with product, growth, and marketing teams to translate business goals and user insights into high-converting, user-centred experiences.
  • Design and optimize high-impact touchpoints — including landing pages, onboarding flows, and campaign experiments — with a focus on measurable performance outcomes.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, personalization, and experimentation, establishing best practices for enhancing both creative and analytical workflows.
  • Continuously refine UI/UX across the funnel using CRO methodologies, A/B testing, and analytics to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve tools, workflows, and processes to scale and automate design-led growth and experimentation initiatives.

Role Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience in product or growth design at a tech company, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment
  • Strong experience in top-of-funnel and conversion-focused design, including landing pages, subscription flows, conversion paths, and pre-subscription experiences
  • Proven track record of improving conversion metrics through experimentation, such as A/B testing, iterative design, and CRO methodologies
  • Expert knowledge of Figma and modern design tools. Experience with tools like Photoshop, Framer, Sketch, or similar is a plus
  • Experience working with AI tools to support design, personalization, or experimentation workflows
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX and CRO principles for designing high-performing landing pages, emails, and web interfaces
  • A strong portfolio showcasing conversion-driven design work, visual design, and UI systems is required
  • Strong grasp of typography, color, composition, visual hierarchy, and effective use of imagery and illustration
  • Confident but open-minded, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback well
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple experiments and projects while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

What we offer

  • Challenging work in a fun and collaborative environment
  • Attractive compensation and time-off benefits
  • Spacious open-concept and centrally located offices
  • Full-time employment with flexible working hours
  • Fully stocked pantry with breakfast foods, fresh fruit, and snacks
  • Team lunches and company events every quarter
