Head of Influencer Marketing

As the Head of Influencer Marketing, you will lead the strategy, execution, and scaling of our global influencer programs, with a strong focus on performance influencers and measurable impact. You will manage multi-million dollar budgets, build and lead a high-performing team, and drive innovative partnerships that deliver both brand and performance results.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape how we collaborate with influencers and agencies worldwide, while directly contributing to business growth across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and lead the global influencer marketing strategy across all brands and markets
• Manage and optimize a multi-million dollar annual budget with a strong focus on ROI and scalability
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing influencer marketing team (including hiring and onboarding)
• Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with influencers, agencies, and strategic partners
• Approve partnerships, campaigns, and commercial agreements to ensure alignment with business goals
• Maintain direct relationships with top-tier influencers and key agencies
• Drive performance-based influencer campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for growth and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, legal, finance, data, brand, PR) to align influencer activity with broader strategies
• Identify new growth opportunities, platforms, and trends within the influencer ecosystem
• Ensure consistent execution while adapting strategies to different markets and audiences

 

Role Requirements:
• Proven experience in influencer marketing with a strong focus on performance influencers - Must
• 5+ years of experience in influencer/partnerships/performance marketing
• Proven managerial experience - Must (team leadership, hiring, and development)
• Hands-on experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing high-value deals
• Deep understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and ROI-driven campaigns
• Experience working directly with influencers and agencies at scale
• Ability to build and scale processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English - Must

 

Bonus Qualifications:
• Experience in SaaS companies
• Background in global marketing and multi-market execution
• Familiarity with affiliate or performance partnerships ecosystems
• Experience scaling influencer programs into a primary growth channel
