What you’ll do:
- Support onboarding projects to accelerate the process and significantly reduce manual efforts for new merchants. This includes contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Document merchant technical environments, encompassing detailed system architecture diagrams, comprehensive API inventories, and precise integration points. This documentation will serve as a critical reference for future interactions and troubleshooting.
- Develop a suite of integration templates, comprehensive configuration guides, and reusable assets. The goal is to streamline merchant onboarding, reduce implementation time, and ensure consistency across integrations.
- Investigate and resolve complex post-onboarding technical issues for enterprise merchants. This requires troubleshooting skills, deep technical knowledge of the platform, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct sandbox testing, site QA and validation of integration flows post dev phase. This includes identifying, documenting, and reporting errors, ensuring the stability and reliability of all integrations before go-live.
- Design and propose optimized process flows, strategically leveraging AI for enhanced automation and significant operational team efficiency gains. This involves identifying areas for AI integration and highlighting the expected benefits.

- Direct experience working with Mid-Market and Enterprise merchants.
- A functional understanding of web technologies and integrations, including the ability to work with RESTful APIs, and understand the roles of Javascript, HTML, and CSS in a project.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.) and a high-level understanding of how they integrate with other business systems like ERPs.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to take ownership of client issues from discovery to resolution.
Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity with common integration patterns (APIs, file-based, event-driven, etc.).
- Experience with back-office Order Management Systems (OMS) or ERP systems.
