We’re Extenteam, a dynamic company revolutionizing the short term vacation rental industry. Our proven business model has generated consistent revenue, and we are now expanding from a professional services model to a scalable tech-based subscription-first model.
As a scaling stage startup, we aim to grow our Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) to double our revenue by January 2026 by providing an AI assisted SaaS platform that works for all short term rental businesses regardless of their size.
Extenteam is on a mission to streamline and support vacation rental businesses by providing top-notch solutions, including guest communication and property management support.
We generate revenue through two primary streams:
- Dedicated Team Members: Providing trained overseas talent with a recurring premium model, replacing one-time recruitment fees.
- Tailwind - SaaS Platform: A guest communication Software blended with our shared services team, supporting smaller operators typically with less than 50 units - helping Extenteam increase profitability while growing our product market fit and expanding TAM and service levels.
Extenteam is a small but mighty team of 50 consisting of Sales, Partner Success, Marketing, HR & Recruiting, Engineering, Product and Admin (IT, Data etc). We are spread out across the world but we have hubs in Miami, LA, Medellin, and actively expanding into Europe. Our 50 people core team is supported by 400+ DTMs (dedicated team members) that are servicing our customers.

We are hiring a Remote Operations Specialist to support our team during the late afternoon and evening hours, Thursday through Monday or Friday through Tuesday. This is a key role focused on bridging day-to-night operations, coordinating teams, managing guest experience logistics, optimizing pricing, and supporting backend systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a remote, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Team Coordination
- Attend and lead 3 weekly remote check-ins with the local operations team to align on active projects and company goals
- Coordinate the handoff between day and night guest communications teams, ensuring up-to-date status on current issues, guest needs, and projects
- Schedule cleans, inspections, and maintenance tasks using Breezeway
- Update listings, calendar info, and booking details in Hostaway and TouchStay (our guidebook)
Property & Guest Experience Tasks
- Update Roku TVs in each property with customized guest greetings and info
- Process guest reviews and route feedback through our internal response system
- Occasionally assist with guest concierge services (e.g. local recommendations, upsells)
- Support owner onboarding by preparing listings and systems for new properties
Pricing & Earnings Optimization
- Pull and analyze pricing and ranking data from PriceLabs and Rankbreeze
- Assist with our in-house earnings optimization program to adjust nightly rates and improve visibility
- Make smart recommendations to adjust pricing based on seasonality, demand, and competition
Inventory & Supply Management
- Perform a weekly supply order based on our PAR system
- Keep Breezeway inventory counts up to date across all properties
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations, property management, hospitality, or logistics
- Strong working knowledge of tools like Google Workspace, Breezeway, Hostaway, PriceLabs, and Rankbreeze (or similar platforms)
- Exceptional communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently during evening hours with high reliability
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive in problem-solving
- Previous experience in short-term rental operations is highly preferred
- Experience with guest messaging, pricing tools, or inventory systems a plus
