We’re Extenteam, a dynamic company revolutionizing the short term vacation rental industry. Our proven business model has generated consistent revenue, and we are now expanding from a professional services model to a scalable tech-based subscription-first model.

As a scaling stage startup, we aim to grow our Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) to double our revenue by January 2026 by providing an AI assisted SaaS platform that works for all short term rental businesses regardless of their size.

Extenteam is on a mission to streamline and support vacation rental businesses by providing top-notch solutions, including guest communication and property management support.

We generate revenue through two primary streams:

  • Dedicated Team Members: Providing trained overseas talent with a recurring premium model, replacing one-time recruitment fees.
  • Tailwind - SaaS Platform: A guest communication Software blended with our shared services team, supporting smaller operators typically with less than 50 units - helping Extenteam increase profitability while growing our product market fit and expanding TAM and service levels.

Extenteam is a small but mighty team of 50 consisting of Sales, Partner Success, Marketing, HR & Recruiting, Engineering, Product and Admin (IT, Data etc). We are spread out across the world but we have hubs in Miami, LA, Medellin, and actively expanding into Europe. Our 50 people core team is supported by 400+ DTMs (dedicated team members) that are servicing our customers.

Company Overview:
For a large scale and well recognized US property management company committed to delivering exceptional service to tenants and communities. As we continue to innovate and optimize operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented resident insurance processor to assure the company’s residents are fully insured throughout their residence in the company’s communities.

Position Summary:
The Resident Insurance Processor will play a pivotal role in streamlining workflows by following the necessary procedures to keep renters’ insurance policies current and up to date, as per the company’s requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of property management operations, experience with dealing with multiple accounts concurrently, and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
The main focus of this role is to assist and support the Centralized Renters Insurance Team in the administration and data management of renters insurance.
● Add, edit, and update new and existing resident insurance records within property management software
● Resolve resident/policy discrepancies via email to ensure policy meets insurance requirements 
● Communicate via email with residents and onsite teams
● Leverage internal databases to verify policy status’
● Send mass emails to non-compliant residents when instructed 
● Monitor, responding to, and closeout service tickets related to insurance.
● Team members may also be asked to perform additional tasks related to proactively finding and resolving insurance data integrity issues.
● Audit tenant's insurance policies 


Data Management:
● Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all integrated systems.
● Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications:
● Proven experience with a US Property Management company with centralized operations.
● Hands-on expertise with tools such as MRI, ServiceNow, Google Suite is a bonus.
● Familiarity with property management software (e.g., MRI) is highly desirable.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
● Proficiency in following procedures
