We’re Extenteam, a dynamic company revolutionizing the short term vacation rental industry. Our proven business model has generated consistent revenue, and we are now expanding from a professional services model to a scalable tech-based subscription-first model.

As a scaling stage startup, we aim to grow our Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) to double our revenue by January 2026 by providing an AI assisted SaaS platform that works for all short term rental businesses regardless of their size.

Extenteam is on a mission to streamline and support vacation rental businesses by providing top-notch solutions, including guest communication and property management support.

We generate revenue through two primary streams:

Dedicated Team Members: Providing trained overseas talent with a recurring premium model, replacing one-time recruitment fees.
Tailwind - SaaS Platform: A guest communication Software blended with our shared services team, supporting smaller operators typically with less than 50 units - helping Extenteam increase profitability while growing our product market fit and expanding TAM and service levels.

Extenteam is a small but mighty team of 50 consisting of Sales, Partner Success, Marketing, HR & Recruiting, Engineering, Product and Admin (IT, Data etc). We are spread out across the world but we have hubs in Miami, LA, Medellin, and actively expanding into Europe. Our 50 people core team is supported by 400+ DTMs (dedicated team members) that are servicing our customers.

What This Role Is About:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically-minded Revenue Analyst for a Property management company client of oursThis role will be instrumental in optimizing revenue performance for some of the biggest vacation rental management companies in the United States. The ideal candidate will have Pricelabs experience, strong analytical instincts, and a natural aptitude for technology. You'll work closely with assigned clients to understand their markets, identify optimization opportunities, and implement strategic pricing adjustments that drive measurable results.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Revenue Optimization & Client Management

  • Manage revenue optimization for assigned vacation rental management clients
  • Conduct deep-dive market analysis to understand local trends, seasonality, and competitive dynamics
  • Track and analyze problem properties, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
  • Monitor key performance metrics including occupancy rates, ADR, and RevPAR across property portfolios
  • Develop expertise in assigned client markets to provide strategic recommendations

Management & Implementation

  • Execute pricing strategy adjustments and rule modifications within Pricelabs platform
  • Analyze pricing performance and market positioning for individual properties and portfolios
  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies based on market conditions, events, and seasonal trends
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their revenue goals and translate them into Pricelabs configurations
  • Monitor and optimize automated pricing rules to maximize revenue performance.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Generate detailed performance reports and insights for client portfolios
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities through data analysis and market research
  • Track property-level and portfolio-level KPIs to measure success of pricing strategies
  • Create actionable recommendations based on performance data and market trends
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders

Technology & Process Management

  • Utilize Company's Rental's proprietary technology platform for analysis and client management
  • Learn and master internal systems for revenue management and reporting
  • Collaborate with technology team to provide feedback and suggest platform improvements
  • Maintain accurate data and documentation within company systems

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience with Pricelabs platform (essential)
  • Background in vacation rental, hospitality, or property management industry preferred
  • Experience managing revenue for many properties simultaneously
  • Startup experience and comfort with fast-paced, evolving environments

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Pricelabs pricing strategies, rules, and analytics
  • Natural aptitude for learning new software platforms and technology
  • Comfortable working with data and identifying trends in performance metrics
  • Strong attention to detail when implementing pricing changes and analyzing results

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with other vacation rental technology platforms (Channel Manager, PMS systems)
  • Background in hospitality revenue management or pricing strategy
  • Knowledge of vacation rental market dynamics and industry trends
  • Experience working with large property management companies
  • Familiarity with hospitality analytics and performance metrics

Technical Requirements:

  • Internet speed minimum 30mbps: Needs to be Wired (Buy a dongle if no LAN port)
  • i5 11th Gen or higher
  • Windows 11 / MacOS Catalina or higher
  • Minimum of 8 GB RAM
  • Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children's noises in the background)
  • Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions
  • Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling headset)
