We’re Extenteam, a dynamic company revolutionizing the short term vacation rental industry. Our proven business model has generated consistent revenue, and we are now expanding from a professional services model to a scalable tech-based subscription-first model.
As a scaling stage startup, we aim to grow our Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) to double our revenue by January 2026 by providing an AI assisted SaaS platform that works for all short term rental businesses regardless of their size.
Extenteam is on a mission to streamline and support vacation rental businesses by providing top-notch solutions,including guest communication and property management support.
We generate revenue through two primary streams:
Dedicated Team Members: Providing trained overseas talent with a recurring premium model, replacing one-time recruitment fees.Tailwind - SaaS Platform: A guest communication Software blended with our shared services team, supporting smaller operators typically with less than 50 units - helping Extenteam increase profitability while growing our product market fit and expanding TAM and service levels.
Extenteam is a small but mighty team of 50 consisting of Sales, Partner Success, Marketing, HR & Recruiting, Engineering, Product and Admin (IT, Data etc). We are spread out across the world but we have hubs in Miami, LA, Medellin, and actively expanding into Europe. Our 50 people core team is supported by 400+ DTMs (dedicated team members) that are servicing our customers.

Role Overview
Extenteam is seeking a driven Account Executive to fuel new business growth within the short-term rental and property management industry. Based in our Miami office with one work-from-home day per week, this role is ideal for a high-energy sales professional who enjoys owning a market, building relationships, and closing new business. You will represent Extenteam in your assigned region, engaging key operators, understanding their challenges, and positioning our solutions as a long-term fit. Success in this role requires a strong outbound mindset, comfort meeting clients in person and virtually, and the ability to use AI and modern sales tools to work efficiently and exceed targets.
Responsibilities
- Become the master of your market, you know who operates in your regions and they will know you…if not now they will in the future!
- Identify, reach out and meet with property managers in your regions to understand their business, their needs and make suggestions on how we can help them drive more revenue.
- Meetings to be both face to face and via video conferencing
- Use AI tools to save you time so you can focus on excellent conversations and smashing your targets
- Hunger and desire to hunt for new business - a true WIN mentality
- Build long term trusting relationships with prospects so if they do not buy now they will come to you when they are ready
- Develop sales strategies to attract potential prospects
- Attend industry conferences throughout the year to drive leads and strengthen market presence
- Collaborate with the sales team to exceed revenue goals.
Who You Are
Required:
- At least 2 years experience in sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Full cycle B2B sales experience
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- 2nd place is failure in your mindset and not acceptable
- Goal oriented mind-set
- Experience using CRM tools like Hubspot
- Analytical thinking ability to make decisions based on data and hard work
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a strong work ethic - It’s about closing deals and not finishing work at 6pm!
- Must be within commutable distance of Miami, Florida or be willing to relocate
Bonus Points:
- SaaS selling experience
- Short term rental and/or property management industry experience
- SMB seller experience
