Senior Sales Executive

We’re looking for a solutions-driven Senior Sales Executive to join Exadel’s high-impact US team. If you're experienced in closing complex deals, thrive on connecting engineering solutions to enterprise challenges, and bring a strategic mindset to the table—this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B/enterprise tech sales, ideally in IT consulting or custom software
  • Proven track record of closing 6–7 figure deals
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Comfortable discussing cloud (AWS, Azure), DevOps, and engineering team models (onshore/nearshore/offshore)
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bay Area-based or the ability to engage locally with enterprise clients

Responsibilities 

  • Drive full-cycle enterprise sales: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
  • Identify client needs and align with Exadel’s software engineering and consulting services
  • Lead solution-based selling across cloud, AI, data, and custom development domains
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to craft proposals and respond to RFPs
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in Fortune 500 firms

Nice to Have  

  • Technical background or STEM degree
  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement
  • Knowledge of digital transformation frameworks
