
Travel Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented European Travel Coordinator to join our team full-time in Warsaw. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys handling logistics, travel planning, and operational support. While the main responsibility will be booking and coordinating business travel across Europe, the role will also involve light support with office operations as needed.

What You’ll Do
- Book and coordinate international and domestic travel for employees across Europe (e.g., Ramp
- Organize flights, accommodations, transportation, and travel documentation
- Support employees with travel expense reporting and questions
- Work closely with project managers and coordinators to ensure smooth logistics
- Maintain accurate records of trips in internal systems and help with reporting
- Occasionally assist with reception and office duties: welcoming guests, courier handling, minor administrative tasks
- Help with internal events or wellness initiatives when required
What You Bring
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional and friendly communication style
- Comfortable using MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
- Able to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively
- Available to work on-site at our Warsaw office (Emilii Plater 28)
Nice to Have
- Experience in travel coordination, administration, or office support
- Familiarity with working in international or fast-paced environments
- Background in tourism, logistics, HR, administration, or a related field
Language level
English -Intermediate
Polish - Upper-Intermediate
