About the Client 

A global technology company headquartered in the United States, specializing in personal computing, printing solutions, and related services. It focuses on secure, sustainable, and high-performance solutions that enable productivity and support digital transformation across industries.

What You’ll Do 

• Translate marketing briefs and existing creative outputs into AI-enabled generation playbooks (inputs, outputs, constraints, and guardrails)
• Design and implement repeatable AI workflows for video and image production, enabling scalable, template-driven content creation
• Build and optimize multi-step generation pipelines (e.g., copy → storyboard → visual assets → video assembly), including fallback logic and cost-aware sequencing
• Develop and maintain structured prompt frameworks and variant strategies to ensure consistent, brand-aligned outputs across assets
• Create AI-generated visuals (images, scenes, storyboards) and assemble them into production-ready video assets
• Apply template-fit rules and brand guardrails (layout, safe zones, copy limits, disclaimers) across all generated outputs
• Define and enforce quality standards and evaluation criteria (pass/fail, regeneration triggers, approval readiness) to improve first-pass success
• Collaborate with Adobe and internal teams to implement and refine AI-driven content workflows within the broader production ecosystem
• Continuously improve performance by analyzing outputs, capturing feedback, and reducing failure modes and rework cycles
• Contribute to enablement materials and reusable playbooks that allow non-technical users to generate high-quality content without deep prompt engineering

What You Bring 

• 4+ years of experience in creative production, video/motion design, or creative technology (agency, studio, or in-house)
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven content generation workflows, including structured prompting and multi-step generation processes
• Experience with AI image and video generation tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway, Sora, Veo, or similar)
• Strong working knowledge of the Adobe ecosystem (Premiere Pro; familiarity with Adobe Express templates is a plus)
• Solid understanding of video production fundamentals (storyboarding, sequencing, pacing, composition, lighting)
• Ability to design and optimize template-driven, at-scale content production systems
• Experience defining and applying quality frameworks and validation logic for creative outputs
• Analytical mindset with ability to test, compare, and iterate on AI outputs to improve consistency and efficiency
• Comfort working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and technical stakeholders, including external partners (e.g., Adobe)
• Portfolio demonstrating AI-assisted content creation, ideally including video and structured workflows
• Working Hours: EST

Nice to have

• Experience combining multiple AI tools within a single production workflow
• Familiarity with basic automation or repeatable AI workflows
• Understanding of brand systems and visual identity consistency
• Background in digital campaigns, SaaS, or tech environments
