About the Client

A leading multinational cooperative financial institution operating a unique community banking model worldwide. The organization manages a diversified portfolio, providing top-tier asset management, bancassurance, corporate banking, and green finance. Today, it blends regional governance with advanced digital infrastructure to deliver localized retail banking alongside sophisticated cross-border investment solutions. 

What You’ll Do

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Work closely with Business, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver effective solutions
  • Support financial systems and business users by troubleshooting production issues and operational incidents
  • Perform SQL-based data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
  • Analyze and improve business processes supporting treasury and capital markets products
  • Collaborate with development teams, vendors, and business stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
  • Participate in system enhancements, implementations, testing, and production support activities
  • Work with global teams on projects, incidents, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
  • Contribute to process optimization and operational excellence

What You Bring

  • Mid-level experience as a Business Analyst, Application Support Analyst, or similar role within financial institutions
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and requirements gathering
  • Experience supporting production environments and business-critical financial systems
  • Strong SQL Server skills, including data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
  • Experience documenting business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications
  • Ability to investigate production issues and collaborate with technical teams to drive resolution
  • Experience working directly with business users, developers, and vendors
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian Financial Markets and treasury products
  • Hands-on experience with: Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange (FX), Swaps, Non-Deliverable Forwards (NDFs), Futures, Options
  • Experience working within banks, brokerage firms, asset managers, or investment banking environments
  • Understanding of front-office, middle-office, and back-office operations
  • Previous exposure to investment banking or global financial markets environments
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams
  • English proficiency (B1+) with the ability to participate in meetings, collaborate with international teams, and communicate technical and business concepts
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments

Work Type: Hybrid (First 3 months: 3 days per week in the office. After onboarding: 2 days per week in the office.)
