Marketing Operations Associate (Remote)

We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Operations Associate with a passion for marketing and/or marketing operations—someone who enjoys problem solving, communicates clearly, and loves a good process. As a member of the Marketing Operations team at ezCater, you will get the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of our marketing technology stack that includes - but is not limited to - Hubspot, Iterable, Salesforce and Wordpress. You will learn how to build effective marketing campaigns, use data to create hyper-personalized experiences for our users and develop impactful, lightweight processes for our stakeholders. What You'll Do: 

  • Come in ready to learn. You will become well versed on ezCater’s marketing technology (marketing automation, journey orchestration, CRM, Adtech, Data Warehouse, project management/collaboration, CMS, etc.) and develop skills essential for the role in a marketing operations team.
  • You’ll produce and send personalized marketing communications out of multiple marketing automation tools that drive business outcomes for all of ezCater’s products.
  • You’ll be a contributor in Email, SMS and Product marketing and help the marketing team establish best practices and processes across these channels. 
  • You’ll become a platform manager. It will be your job, along with the rest of Marketing Ops, to ensure our Marketers have the right templates, audience segments, training guides and resources to efficiently get marketing communications out the door.
  • You’ll support the Marketing Operations team in maintaining an organized and clean marketing process in our various tools, identifying opportunities for improvement, writing and updating process documentation and assisting in day-to-day operations work. 
  • Conduct quality checks on marketing materials, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and are free of errors before distribution.
  • Collaborate, assist, and support growth stakeholders with achieving their marketing campaign goals and cross‑functional initiatives.

What You Have

  • At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a similar role.
  • A strong desire to learn, especially things that are technical in nature.
  • An incredible eye for detail and a love of process and organization.  
  • Experience with using data to make informed decisions; strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Have used a CRM, marketing automation, or email sending program before. Platforms can include, but not limited to, Hubspot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, ActiveCampaign, Braze or Salesforce.
  • A desire to problem solve, both solo and collaboratively, and find opportunities to improve existing projects and workflows.

The national cash compensation range for this role is $59,600 - $77,500 per year.*

*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
