For workplaces, ezCater provides flexible and scalable solutions for everything from employee meal programs to one-off meetings, all backed by beyond helpful 24/7 service and business-grade reliability. For restaurant partners, ezCater helps grow their business by bringing them new high-value customers and large orders.
We're looking for an Sr. Associate, Product Marketing to join ezCater's Restaurant Marketing team within the Growth department. In this role, you'll help bring our Restaurant Partner facing products to life and tell the stories of the restaurant partners who use them. You'll translate complex features and capabilities into clear, compelling messaging while capturing the real-world impact ezCater has on the businesses we serve. If you're a sharp writer who geeks out on positioning and messaging, enjoys launches, and wants to grow in a high-ownership environment, this one's for you.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and product updates across ezCater's supply-side product lines, including Marketplace, Online Ordering, Dispatch, and Marketing Programs
- Write and own partner-facing messaging and content, spanning positioning frameworks and launch emails to case studies, blog posts, and sales enablement materials
- Surface and shape restaurant partner success stories — interviewing partners directly or partnering with Content Marketing to identify compelling narratives and develop case studies, testimonials, and co-marketing assets that bring the voice of the partner into our go-to-market
- Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to contribute to campaigns that drive restaurant partner adoption and engagement across the full campaign lifecycle, including email sequences, in-app messaging, and campaign copy
- Build internal and external enablement materials that help Sales, Partner Success, and other customer-facing teams communicate product value clearly and confidently
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Partner Success, Content Marketing, and Insights to inform messaging with customer and market data and manage successful GTM campaigns that drive adoption
- Support the development of white papers, how-to guides, and Help Center content that supports self-serve partner education
- Track and report on launch and campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
What You Have:
- 1–3 years of product marketing experience with a strong portfolio.
- Exceptional positioning skills — you can take a complicated product update and make it feel obvious and exciting to the person who needs to act on it – a portfolio or writing samples are necessary
- Demonstrated experience writing for product launches, feature announcements, or go-to-market campaigns
- Experience conducting customer or partner interviews and translating those conversations into polished, story-driven content (case studies, testimonials, profiles)
- Comfort producing a range of content types: messaging frameworks, sales one-pagers, case studies, blog posts, and email copy
- Strong cross-functional instincts — you ask good questions, synthesize input from multiple stakeholders, and know how to move a draft forward
- Curiosity about the restaurant and food tech industry, or a track record of getting up to speed quickly in new domains
- Experience with tools like Confluence, Monday.com, or similar platforms for content management and project tracking is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks, team gatherings and other events, when applicable.
