SENIOR FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGIST
Job Summary
As a Senior Financial Technologist, you will serve as the strategic business owner for Finance technology, partnering with Finance & Accounting leadership and IT to shape the future of our financial systems. You'll play a pivotal role in driving the Finance technology roadmap, optimizing Oracle ERP, and transforming financial processes through automation, reporting, and innovation.
This position is 100% onsite day one in Erlanger, KY.

These skills will be used to:
- Develop and execute the Finance technology roadmap in partnership with Finance leadership and IT.
- Serve as the functional owner of Oracle Financials, with a focus on General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, and Intercompany Accounting.
- Drive process improvements that accelerate financial close, reduce manual effort, and improve data quality.
- Lead system enhancements, testing, implementation, and user adoption for Oracle ERP and related Finance applications.
- Optimize budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and planning capabilities across the organization.
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and IT teams to design scalable Finance solutions that support business objectives.
- Support Finance system integrations, reporting tools, and data management while maintaining strong governance and internal controls.
- Diagnose accounting and posting issues, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
- Champion continuous improvement through emerging technologies, automation, and AI-enabled solutions where appropriate.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Five (5)+ years of experience supporting Oracle ERP Financials with significant expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Intercompany Accounting, Expenses, and financial reporting.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle General Ledger, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Intercompany Accounting within Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial close processes, consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and financial controls.
- Experience developing Finance technology roadmaps and partnering with Finance and IT leadership to prioritize enhancements and align technology investments with business strategy.
- Demonstrated success leading Finance process improvement initiatives in complex, multi-entity organizations.
- Technical understanding of Oracle data structures, integrations, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials in a global or multi-ledger environment.
- Experience with Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Solver, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), or Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, Finance transformations, shared services, or mergers and acquisitions.
- CPA, CMA, or Oracle Financials certification.
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled technologies, generative AI, or intelligent automation within Finance processes.
Physical demands and work environment:
- Must be able to use sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (i.e. typing, writing) to operate office supplies (i.e. computer, calculator, copier).
- Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.
