Growth Marketing Manager, eCommerce (B2C, B2B, Clinic) 

 

Position Overview: 

This role will lead strategy, execution, and metrics for best-in-class eCommerce marketing strategies for B2B, B2C, and Clinic businesses. The Growth Marketing Manager, eCommerce will be an analytical and creative problem-solver with the ability to translate data, trends, and insights into actionable strategy. An expert in their field, they will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase online sales, and improve overall e-commerce performance. This role will report to Senior Manager of Growth Marketing  

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Customer Journey and Revenue Optimization: Partner closely with Product Management on the user experience for our websites for professional and consumer audiences; conduct market research to identify customer needs and oversee and optimize customer journey from awareness to conversion; lead initiatives including but not limited to product page optimization, checkout flow improvements, BNPL, upsell/cross-sell, and affiliate programs.   
  • Analytics & Actionable Insights: Monitor performance metrics (such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and CR), and continuously build and test hypotheses to identify new growth opportunities; Collaborate with Product Management team to optimize reporting frameworks, tracking capabilities, and enhance overall data-driven strategy. Build comprehensive reports and dashboards and communicate key insights to leadership and cross-functional teams, influencing decision-making and prioritization. 
  • Demand Generation: Strategize programs and tactics to generate demand and email capture across all audiences, including but not limited to targeted landing pages, pop-ups, gated educational materials, and customer segmentation. 
  • SEO and Content Marketing: Oversee SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and traffic for targeted keywords. Drive content creation that educates, engages, and converts potential customers. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with product management, creative, marketing, sales, and other internal teams and vendors to align efforts with business goals and resonate with target audiences. 
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Monitor advancements (new platforms, trends, content strategies, etc.) in the digital marketing space and make recommendations for Face Reality. 

 

Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of hands-on eCommerce and digital marketing experience 
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving meaningful results 
  • Well-versed in tools & platforms such as Google Analytics, Shopify, and Excel 
  • SEO and blog experience 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills 
  • Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure 
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred 

 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk and bend for extended periods
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written form
  • Comfortable lifting, pushing, and pulling equipment and materials
  • Comfortable using a computer, keyboard, and mouse

Salary: Base salary is $100k-$115k This position also comes with a full benefits package
