Account Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Account Manager to join our team! You'll have the opportunity to take the lead in managing and growing our account. You'll work closely with our valued customers to understand their business needs and objectives and develop strategies to ensure their continued satisfaction. Functional Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including C-level executives and decision-makers answering queries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop new relationships with prospective accounts through targeted account mapping, identifying key decision-makers, understanding budgetary constraints, and creating tailored proposals to win new business.
- Measure and track client satisfaction by conducting regular conversations, analyzing feedback, and implementing strategies to improve client retention and loyalty.
- Escalate problems to the appropriate teams, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing client downtime.
- Analyze clients’ needs and suggest additional engineers or services to meet their requirements and needs.
- Liaise with the sales and business ops department to increase the number of engineers placed in the account.
- Manage communication between key members of the client and Factored key members.
- Keep track of account growth performance metrics and develop strategic plans to improve client results.
- Provide engineers and analysts with clients’ feedback to help identify improvements.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or related fields.
- Sense of urgency and an account manager mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must-have.
