Finance Sr. Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with five years of proven experience in financial roles. This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple functions, including FP&A and Accounting. The ideal candidate is analytical, possesses strong problem-solving skills, is detail-oriented, is a fast learner, proactive, self-driven, and strives for excellence. They should be capable of collaborating with various departments to ensure financial accuracy, optimize processes, and support key business decisions.
Functional Responsibilities
Finance:
- Lead monthly invoicing process, including Invoicing preparation, reconciliation and submission to clients.
- Perform budget analytics and control to support financial planning and monitoring.
- Track and report on cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
- Consolidate and report Profit & Loss statements, providing detailed departmental insights for performance analysis.
- Generate and analyze Balance Sheet reports to track financial health.
- Support the monthly reporting close, quarterly financial package, and preparation of board materials.
Accounting:
- Manage bookkeeping processes using QuickBooks (USA) and oversee accruals, including handling the accounting close process.
- Perform account mapping to ensure accurate financial data representation.
- Invoicing: Reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR).
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA certifications are a plus).
- At least, 5 years of proven track record in financial management, with expertise in consolidation, account mapping, and reporting.
- A deep understanding of US and Colombian financial regulations, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software, with the ability to leverage data for strategic insights.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, keen attention to detail, and advanced problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear collaboration across departments.
- Fluency in English, combined with the ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
