We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Tech Recruiter to identify, engage, and match top-tier technical talent with our clients' unique needs. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of both our candidates and clients by understanding technical requirements and fostering strong relationships.

Functional Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent in AI, Data, and Software Engineering.
Translate client needs into targeted recruitment strategies, ensuring candidates’ skills are aligned with project demands and ensuring an effective matching process.
Collaborate closely with account managers and talent tech leads to understand clients’ business objectives and technical requirements.
Conduct detailed interviews to assess technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to create a pipeline of top talent.
Continuously refine recruitment and talent processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hires.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts to provide account managers with strategic insights and competitive advantages.

Qualifications:

5+ years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a proactive approach to overcome challenges and deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
Portuguese is a plus, enhancing the ability to connect with diverse candidates.
