We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Tech Recruiter to identify, engage, and match top-tier technical talent with our clients' unique needs. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of both our candidates and clients by understanding technical requirements and fostering strong relationships.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent in AI, Data, and Software Engineering.
- Translate client needs into targeted recruitment strategies, ensuring candidates’ skills are aligned with project demands and ensuring an effective matching process.
- Collaborate closely with account managers and talent tech leads to understand clients’ business objectives and technical requirements.
- Conduct detailed interviews to assess technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to create a pipeline of top talent.
- Continuously refine recruitment and talent processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hires.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts to provide account managers with strategic insights and competitive advantages.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a proactive approach to overcome challenges and deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Portuguese is a plus, enhancing the ability to connect with diverse candidates.
