Operations Associate

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and fast-learning professional to join the Operations Team. The ideal candidate is analytical, possesses strong problem-solving skills, is detail-oriented, is a fast learner, proactive, self-driven, and strives for excellence. You should be capable of collaborating with various departments to ensure processes are optimized and support key business decisions.
Functional Responsibilities
- Support with the purchase, setup, and international shipment of laptops to employees and contractors to be delivered as part of the onboarding process
- Track daily tasks with key dates: shipments, returns, reimbursements, and accounting deadlines
- Oversee recovery of equipment during offboarding, including reverse logistics
- Collaborate to manage up-to-date asset inventory, including records, locations, and responsible users
- Manage bookings, purchases, shipments, and end-to-end logistical support
- Request and organize supporting documents in internal platforms following established processes (invoices, vouchers, confirmations)
- Provide internal support for questions related to operational processes and policies
- Keep all operational documentation organized and accessible (Google Drive, RAMP app, Snipe)
- Create purchase orders and ensure timely delivery and compliance with agreed terms
- Coordinate travel, corporate events, and both in-person and remote meetings
- Continues process improvement and efficiency
- Support different departments to create a workflow of their processes and define policies
- Elaborate department reporting to track P&L and Operations results
- Handle special cases and business operations requirements as needed
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
- At least, 2 years of proven track record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package and G-suite tools.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, keen attention to detail, and advanced problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear collaboration across departments.
- Fluency in English, combined with the ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Tech-savviness, startup flexibility, and a collaborative approach, making you a valuable team player.
