We are seeking a driven and experienced Staff Recruiter to identify, engage, and match high-performing business talent with our internal teams’ needs at Factored. You will play a key role in building world-class teams across departments like Marketing, Finance, Operations, and People, by understanding business requirements and fostering strong relationships across the company.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent across business functions.
- Translate hiring needs into targeted recruitment plans, ensuring alignment between candidate profiles and team goals.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand organizational priorities and define role requirements.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess experience, business acumen, and cultural fit.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to maintain a strong pipeline of talent.
- Continuously optimize recruitment workflows to improve efficiency, experience, and quality of hires.
- Stay current on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent movement to provide strategic insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years focused on hiring for business functions such as Marketing, Finance, People, and Operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of business structures, team dynamics, and functional requirements.
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and deliver results in a high-growth environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and a solutions-oriented mindset in the face of changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Full professional fluency in English (B2+)
