Factored AI helps enterprise companies move faster and reduce engineering costs by providing elite data science, machine learning, and data engineering teams. Co-founded by Dr. Andrew Ng, we’ve built a reputation for delivering impact across data modernization, ML acceleration, and GenAI adoption.

We’re seeking a Head of Partnerships to lead and scale our partner-led growth strategy across cloud and data ecosystem players like Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, and GCP. This is a critical role to build and scale a partner-led motion that becomes a major growth lever.

This leader will own partner strategy, co-selling motions, and go-to-market programs that align our services with partner objectives—specifically consumption growth and customer activation.


Functional Responsibilities:

Partnership Strategy & Development

  • Define and execute a strategic roadmap across key platform partners
  • Build strong relationships with partner BD teams, SEs, AEs, and GTM leaders
  • Secure inclusion in co-sell and referral programs (e.g., Databricks Brickbuilder, Snowflake Powered by)

Pipeline Generation

  • Drive partner-led pipeline through partners by enabling co-selling motions
  • Drive joint account planning, outbound campaigns, and partner-influenced opportunities
  • Map Factored services to partner consumption and credit burn goals

Partner Enablement & Activation

  • Train and activate partner field teams
  • Create scalable playbooks and enablement programs
  • Embed into partner QBRs, SKOs, and team calls

Co-Marketing & Brand Building

  • Launch joint campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Co-develop industry-specific GTM plays

Internal Alignment

  • Align closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery to operationalize the partner motion
  • Build reporting for partner-attributed pipeline, closed revenue, and impact
  • Lead partner forecast and pipeline reviews

Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years in partnerships, business development, or alliances in data/AI/cloud
  • Track record co-selling with Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, or GCP
  • Deep understanding of how services drive consumption in cloud platforms
  • Proven ability to build GTM programs and influence revenue through partners
  • Executive presence with strong cross-functional influence
  • Startup mindset: bias for action, accountability, and scrappy execution
