We are searching for a highly experienced Head of Product to lead our product expertise made up of an elite group of multidisciplinary individuals working on a diverse range of products, applications and features as well as innovative in-house product development initiatives.


Functional Responsibilities:

  • Own the management of the Factored product roadmap, driving internal alignment on projects/products, modifying based on changing needs and opportunities.
  • Strategically evaluate our internal tooling to identify high-potential products, eliminate inefficiencies, and build solutions that drive operational excellence and set us apart.
  • Identify and develop new external products that can serve as significant revenue streams or drive competitive advantages in existing offerings, potentially leveraging successful internal tools.
  • Collaborate closely with our solutions team to successfully commercialize new products, expanding our offerings beyond staff augmentation to diverse solutions within our expertise.
  • Collaborate with the Factored Analytics team, and provide dotted-line leadership to other internal projects driven by engineering.
  • Deeply understand market needs through extensive discovery calls with clients to define product priorities and roadmaps, utilizing prototyping and user feedback to iterate quickly.
  • Demonstrate strong decision-making abilities and a bias for action, ensuring rapid progress and effective execution.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience (+5 years) as a Manager or Head, leading and building product development teams in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments.
  • +8 years of experience working with AI technologies (GenAI, ML, DS, DE).
  • Experience managing teams in dynamic, high-growth, innovative engineering environments with demonstrated leadership skills spanning project planning/execution, people management, best-practices processes, and technical excellence.
  • Experience in a professional services company is preferred.
  • Real-world experience building and optimizing distributed/remote product development teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to manage, lead, and inspire teams to meet business objectives.
  • Strong and solid product background in tech companies, building products from scratch, working closely with engineers.
  • Excited about sharing your passion for staying abreast of technology trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, and participating in internal/external technology-focused communities.
  • Must be able to think outside the box in implementing creative solutions to challenging business problems.
  • A track record of good decision-making and the ability to move fast in a dynamic environment.
