Program Operations Specialist (Training)

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Operations Specialist (Training) to support the planning, executing, and optimization of our training and development initiatives at Factored. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact learning experiences. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, project coordination, and building efficient systems.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee the end-to-end execution of training programs, bootcamps, and workshops.
- Maintain up-to-date training schedules, materials, and documentation.
- Coordinate with facilitators, instructors, and stakeholders to meet program goals.
- Collect and organize training content, participant resources, and learning assessments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to adapt materials for different teams and skill levels.
- Ensure training materials are consistent, accessible, and aligned with program objectives.
- Track attendance, engagement, and feedback to ensure a positive learning experience.
- Oversee logistics for virtual and in-person training (e.g., session setup, tools, recordings, certificates).
- Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and program dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for training-related operational needs.
- Track and report on training program participation, completion rates, and impact metrics.
- Develop standardized processes and playbooks for repeatable training operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3 –5 years of experience in program management or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Exposure to the tech industry is preferable.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication, strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and timelines.
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Advanced communication (verbal & written) English skills (B2+).
- Experience in EdTech is a nice-to-have.
