Senior Brand and Communications Manager, International

London, UK

About Faire

Faire is an online wholesale marketplace built on the belief that the future is local — independent retailers around the globe are doing more revenue than Walmart and Amazon combined, but individually, they are small compared to these massive entities. At Faire, we're using the power of tech, data, and machine learning to connect this thriving community of entrepreneurs across the globe. Picture your favorite boutique in town — we help them discover the best products from around the world to sell in their stores. With the right tools and insights, we believe that we can level the playing field so that small businesses everywhere can compete with these big box and e-commerce giants.

By supporting the growth of independent businesses, Faire is driving positive economic impact in local communities, globally. We’re looking for smart, resourceful and passionate people to join us as we power the shop local movement. If you believe in community, come join ours.

About this role

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and hands-on Senior Communications and Brand manager to join our International team and bring Faire’s voice to life across Europe and ANZ. This role will lead how we show up through press, campaigns, brand media, and customer storytelling, with a focus on our key European markets: the UK, France, and Germany.

Reporting directly to the Head of International Marketing and Partnerships, you will drive international strategy and execution across earned and owned channels. You will manage our external PR agencies, lead campaign localisation, contribute to trend and editorial content, and support the rollout of our brand media strategy. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our global teams across creative, comms, and brand campaigns to ensure our storytelling is insight-led and locally resonant.

This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to combine strategic thinking with executional excellence. You will have the opportunity to shape Faire’s editorial voice in Europe, help scale our brand presence in key markets, and influence how we connect with independent retailers through trusted and relevant storytelling. You will be helping shape how one of the most lovable B2B brands out there shows up to customers, combining storytelling, trust-building, and business impact.

What you’ll do

  • Own the development and execution of Faire’s international Comms and Brand strategy - with a particular focus on the UK, France, Germany - ensuring relevance and consistency across all markets.
  • Manage local PR agencies, and deliver high-quality, on-message coverage that builds trust and awareness among independent retailers.
  • Localise and activate global campaigns in key markets, and lead the development of market-specific campaigns that speak to local opportunities and customer needs.
  • Shape Faire’s editorial voice in Europe by contributing to trend content, campaign messaging, and customer-facing storytelling.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of customer relationships and stories from Faire’s retailer and brand community, and integrate them into campaigns, press activity, and evergreen content.
  • Collaborate on brand media planning and creative execution, supporting new tests and advising on local message fit and visual direction.
  • Scale owned local events by developing repeatable, brand-forward formats that build trust and community with retailers.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Global Comms, Local Revenue Teams, Growth, and Strategy & Analytics to ensure campaigns reflect both customer needs and business priorities.
  • Track and report on the performance of campaigns, comms coverage, and brand activations, using insights to inform ongoing planning and prioritisation.
  • Support the wider International Marketing and Partnerships team on high-impact initiatives across launches, partnerships, and customer engagement, contributing to a collaborative and agile team culture.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in communications, PR, and campaign marketing, ideally in B2B and multi-market contexts.
  • Proven ability to manage external agencies and deliver high-quality coverage aligned with brand and market goals.
  • Strong experience developing and executing brand campaigns across email, paid content, partnerships, and events
  • Excellent writing and editorial skills, with a track record of shaping impactful messaging, customer stories, and trend content.
  • Skilled in localising global campaigns and adapting creative for regional audiences.
  • Best-in-class project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and comfort operating with autonomy and ambiguity.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across Creative, Growth, Customer Marketing, and Insights.
  • A passion for Faire’s mission and building one of the most lovable brands in B2B is essential.
  • French and/or German proficiency is a plus, but not essential.

Therefore, the principles of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are paramount for us.
