We’re hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition to own and scale recruiting as we grow. This is a hands-on, player–coach role with an opportunity to add strategic value and deliver tangible impact across multiple areas.

You’ll split your time between personally recruiting high-priority roles and owning global Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy, systems, and outcomes - and work closely with leadership. Your goal is to increase hiring velocity, reduce agency reliance, and bring clarity and accountability to recruiting performance.

Talent Strategy & Hands-On Leadership

  • Own and execute the global recruiting strategy across technical, GTM, and G&A roles.
  • Lead the end-to-end candidate lifecycle, from outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Operate as a player–coach, personally driving priority hires.
  • Lead and develop a lean, high-performing recruiting team.

Strengthen employer brand presence in priority markets without heavy agency use.

Data-Driven & AI-Enabled Recruiting

  • Build and maintain recruiting dashboards to track pipeline health, time-to-fill, cost per hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Use data to improve forecasting, prioritization, and hiring decisions.
  • Regularly share insights and progress with executive leadership.
  • Drive the adoption of AI in recruiting, testing, and scaling tools that improve sourcing, screening, outreach, and reporting—while applying strong judgment around bias and data quality.

Process, Systems & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Own recruiting systems, tools, and workflows to deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
  • Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and predictability.
  • Partner closely with executives and functional leaders on workforce planning, market insights, and compensation guidance.
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for recruiting outcomes, reducing leadership time spent managing hiring and agencies.

Global Recruiting Focus

  • Design and manage recruiting processes for global hiring, with a strong focus on EMEA and UAE markets.
  • Bring regional market knowledge and networks to roles that have historically required agency support.
  • Partner with People Ops to ensure compliant, culturally informed hiring practices.

What You Bring

Experience

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience in fast-growing tech companies.
    • 2+ years owning the talent function
  • Experience owning or leading global or multi-region recruiting.
  • Proven success recruiting across technical and GTM roles.
  • Proven experience in senior-level roles within B2B SaaS, with a strong focus on the EMEA region; exposure to the UAE market is a plus.
  • Track record of reducing agency dependence and partnering with senior leaders.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong recruiting analytics, ATS reporting, and sourcing expertise.
  • Comfortable using and experimenting with AI tools in recruiting.
  • Impact-driven, analytical, and biased toward action.
  • Scrappy, pragmatic, and motivated by ownership over title.
  • Passionate about building strong teams and a candidate-centric experience.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
