We’re seeking a high-energy, self-starting Patient Acquisition Manager to lead the charge in connecting new patients with the ResiHealth model of care. In this fast-paced, startup environment, you’ll be responsible for driving growth through community engagement, event planning, and creative marketing strategies. You will be joining a dynamic team of people committed to building a first-class healthcare provider that redefines how care is delivered to vulnerable populations. Your work will directly impact the lives of underserved individuals by helping them access the high-quality healthcare they deserve.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute patient acquisition strategies in alignment with ResiHealth’s mission and growth goals.
- Plan and coordinate community events in partnership with clinical teams to promote awareness and drive enrollment.
- Develop and distribute compelling marketing materials (e.g., flyers, brochures, posters) tailored to target populations.
- Work hands-on within the CRM to track leads, manage outreach efforts, and analyze campaign effectiveness.
- Build trusted relationships in affordable housing communities to inspire residents to take charge of their health.
- Lead and mentor a small team to support grassroots marketing and outreach efforts.
- Continuously experiment with new tactics and partnerships to increase patient engagement.
- Represent ResiHealth with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm at all public-facing events and interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, event planning, outreach, or community engagement.
- Proven experience managing teams and delivering results in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe, etc.).
- Highly motivated, energetic, and driven individual with a passion for making a difference.
- Self-starter with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude and a desire to grow a meaningful career.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with a high degree of autonomy.
