About the Role
We're looking for a extraordinary Crypto Research Analyst to join our team and help shape the growth of our research function. As FalconX's next analyst, you'll have a major impact from day one within our fast-growing business. Your insights will touch several parts of the organization, giving you a rare opportunity to deeply understand and influence the institutional crypto market.
What You Will Do:
- Conduct cutting-edge research on various aspects of the crypto market, including trends, trading patterns, and emerging technologies.
- Produce high-quality content that condenses market data into insight for our clients, team members, and the industry at large.
- Participate in marketing and sales activities, including material production, webinars, client calls, and events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Wear many hats, contribute to diverse projects, and adapt to the needs of a rapidly growing organization.
Who You Are:

- You're an analytical thinker with a deep insight into crypto technology and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- You're a great communicator, both in writing and conversation, able to convey complex ideas with clarity and coherence in a diverse range of environments. Proficiency with social media communication is a plus.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- You have 2+ years of experience in a research analyst role, ideally with a focus on crypto.
- Skilled in statistical analysis, data visualization tools, and programming languages like R or Python is a strong plus.
- You're passionate about crypto and enthusiastic about making it a key part of your career.

Compensation
Base pay for this role is expected to be between $104,000 - $163,000 USD for New York City and San Francisco Bay Area. This expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role will also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for a successful candidate will be determined based on a number of factors such as location, skillset, experience, and qualifications.
