About Role:
As a Senior DevOps Engineer focused on our Portfolio Management System and Pricing Library, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our trading platform. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications, enhancing our ability to deliver high-quality services efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-based infrastructure.
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring processes.
- Database Management: Manage, secure, and maintain databases to ensure data integrity, performance, and availability.
- Monitoring and Performance: Implement robust monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to integrate new features and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
- Security: Ensure compliance with security best practices and implement measures to protect sensitive data and systems.
Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash.
- Proficiency in SQL Statements, Postgres DB, Amazon Aurora.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Familiarity with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- System Administration: Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems including system administration, networking concepts, and Unix Sockets.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Communication: Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Bonus Criteria

- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
- Knowledge of security frameworks, static analyzers, and compliance standards.
- Experience in financial services or fintech environments.
- Experience with exotic financial instruments.
- Experience managing portfolio risk.
