We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to ensuring efficient and safe warehouse practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the warehouse team, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to company policies and safety standards.
- Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and reduce shrinkage.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, production, quality control) to streamline processes and meet operational goals.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and other key metrics.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff, promoting continuous improvement and growth within the team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including safety protocols, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and MS Office.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Forklift certification is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Standing, bending, and walking for extended periods as required.

We offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate’s qualifications and experience. FAM Brands also offers all employees participation in our annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission program (Sales).
