About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Solutions Architect to drive operational excellence by leveraging process optimization techniques and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies. In this critical role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to redesign workflows, implement automation solutions using UiPath, and integrate AI capabilities to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and accuracy.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Process Optimization:
    Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized processes that align with organizational objectives.

  • RPA Development and Management:
    Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable RPA solutions using UiPath, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.

  • AI Integration:
    Utilize AI technologies such as machine learning and natural language processing to enhance automation and decision-making processes.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner with key stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, identify automation opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Project Leadership:
    Manage automation and process improvement projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews.

  • Training and Support:
    Develop training materials and provide hands-on guidance to teams to maximize adoption and success of new automation solutions.

  • Performance Monitoring:
    Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements and automation solutions, ensuring continuous optimization.

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement and RPA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in UiPath development and deployment (certification preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering process optimization initiatives.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of AI frameworks and tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, or similar).
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Workday.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.

COMPENSATION

At FAM Brands, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation. Salary ranges for positions are based on job level, location, and market data. We offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate’s qualifications and experience. FAM Brands also offers all employees participation in our annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission program (Sales).

Compensation Range

$129,525 - $163,789 USD
