Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the ERP system and tracking tools, providing cross-functional visibility
- Collaborating cross-functionally with teams to ensure accurate forecasting cross functionally to execute orders to plan
- Coordinate all inbound freight, including international ocean, air & domestic freight.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate shipment errors as needed, working closely with team members to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate effectively with external suppliers to ensure timely arrival of purchase orders
- Ensure master item record data accuracy, dimension information, carton counts, etc.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of Logistics Experience
- Experience with ERP/WMS Systems
- Proficient in MS Office Programs
- Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Good Teamwork abilities and ability to collaborate between departments
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain principles, practices, and regulations (Preferred).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize too manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
- Analyzing data in excel and provide sound decisions based on that data.
- Confident, energetic and results-oriented – you are a logical thinker and an accomplished problem solver

At FAM Brands, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation. Salary ranges for positions are based on job level, location, and market data. We offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate’s qualifications and experience. FAM Brands also offers all employees participation in our annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission program (Sales).
