With the capacity to produce over 75 million units per year, our mission continues to be making top-quality apparel accessible to everyone at an impressive value and an irresistible price.
That's the FAM Brands difference.
NOTE: Position will be 5x days onsite per week - NO WORK FROM HOME - at our Bell, CA office. Role will transition to our new Beverly Hills Office in January 2026.
Are you a visionary in product development, sourcing, and production? Do you have the experience, connections, and instincts to build incredible apparel—at scale—while delivering on quality, cost, and compliance? If so, we want to meet you.
We’re searching for a hands-on, high-energy leader to spearhead Product Development, Sourcing, and Production for a high-volume apparel division. Supporting some of the largest retail accounts in the industry, this role requires someone who knows how to move millions of units per SKU without breaking a sweat. You’ll oversee a large team of experts and work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Planning, Design, and Technical Design to bring best-in-class products to market.
This isn’t a “delegation” job—you must be someone who thrives on rolling up your sleeves and diving into the details.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead & Inspire – Drive a large team of Product Development, Sourcing, and Production professionals to execute with precision, speed, and margin in mind.
- Own the Process – Oversee the entire lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring on-time execution, cost efficiency, and compliance.
- Be the Problem-Solver – Identify sourcing opportunities, navigate supply chain challenges, and proactively tackle potential fabric, margin, or execution issues before they become problems.
- Have an Incredible Eye – Instinctively know how to make a product, where to make it, and how to source materials at a price that works.
- Negotiate Like a Pro – Manage vendor relationships, allocations, and negotiations across multiple markets and suppliers.
- Work with the Best – Collaborate with top-tier licensed brands and ensure all compliance standards are met at the highest level.
WHAT YOU BRING:
✅ 12+ years of Product Development & Sourcing experience (at least 5+ leading teams).
✅ Massive volume experience—think hundreds of thousands to millions of units per SKU.
✅ Private label & licensed brand expertise (bonus if you’ve worked with major licensors).
✅ Deep factory & vendor relationships—you know who to call and how to get things done.
✅ Strong costing, compliance, and international trade knowledge.
✅ Exceptional negotiation skills—you get the best deals without compromising quality.
✅ A hands-on leadership style—you’re not just overseeing, you’re making things happen.
✅ Ability to travel as needed (including last-minute trips).
WHY YOU?
Because you thrive in high-pressure, fast-moving environments. You love the challenge of making great products, solving problems before they start, and delivering exceptional results. You’re as strategic as you are tactical and know how to bring a team along with you for the ride.
If this sounds like your next big move, let’s talk. 🚀
