
Director of Compliance and Quality

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. This leadership position involves overseeing quality assurance processes, managing compliance initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies aligned with company goals and customer expectations. Oversee quality assurance systems and inspection protocols to ensure consistent adherence to standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Compliance Management: Monitor and update audit standards to meet current requirements. Act as a liaison between vendors, factories, and customers to facilitate communication and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Supplier and Factory Evaluation: Vet new facilities to ensure they meet compliance standards. Monitor factory compliance and evaluation performance, following up on Corrective Action Plans (CAPA) to address any issues.

Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance and compliance professionals, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sourcing, and production teams to align on quality standards and address quality issues promptly.

Documentation and Reporting: Ensure all compliance and quality assurance documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained.
Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 15+ years in quality assurance and compliance within the apparel industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of quality assurance systems, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements in the apparel sector.

Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and developing teams, with strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Communication Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with internal teams, vendors, and customers.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
COMPENSATION
At FAM Brands, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation. Salary ranges for positions are based on job level, location, and market data. We offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate’s qualifications and experience. FAM Brands also offers all employees participation in our annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission program (Sales).
Compensation Range
$150,000 - $185,000 USD
