SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Bentonville, Arkansas. This onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong Microsoft Excel skills, and is interested in building a career path into data analytics or reporting. 

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage their own workload, prioritize competing tasks throughout the day, and maintain a high level of accuracy when working with large datasets. This position provides valuable hands-on experience organizing and maintaining operational data that supports business decisions. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data in internal systems and spreadsheets 
  • Review and validate data to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy 
  • Organize and structure datasets using Microsoft Excel 
  • Identify discrepancies or missing information and resolve or escalate as needed 
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines throughout the day while maintaining data accuracy 
  • Maintain organized documentation and follow established data standards 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support reporting and operational data needs 

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel using pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, functions, & formatting tools 
  • Ability to manage your own workload and prioritize competing responsibilities 
  • Self-starter who works effectively with minimal supervision 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills 

NICE TO HAVES

  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or reporting support 
  • Experience working with large datasets or operational spreadsheets 
  • Interest in pursuing a future career in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence 

COMPENSATION

At FAM Brands, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation. Salary ranges for positions are based on job level, location, and market data. We offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate’s qualifications and experience. FAM Brands also offers all employees participation in our annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission program (Sales).

$21.63 - $29 USD
