Team Overview
The Core Development team builds and supports the technology that powers the full trade lifecycle—from trade origination to warehousing. We work closely with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Compliance, Treasury, and Trade Operations to ensure seamless trade flow across asset classes.
Our technology stack is a blend of vendor and homegrown systems: we leverage vendor-provided Order Management (OMS) and Execution Management Systems (EMS) as the backbone of trade flow, while building custom applications that augment OMS/EMS workflows and bespoke systems to support treasury, compliance, and trade operations processes. This combination allows us to deliver both breadth and flexibility, meeting the evolving needs of the business.

- Lead efforts to modernize legacy systems by migrating to AWS and Snowflake, establishing best practices and guiding junior team members.
- Oversee and provide escalation-level support for mission-critical OMS/EMS platforms during market hours and end-of-day processes, with flexibility for global team coverage.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear communication for senior stakeholders, influencing technology strategy and decision-making.
