Details about this opportunity:
- Location: Long Island, NY (school based)
- Hours: Hours vary based on school district
- Compensation: $70,000-$80,000
**Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held. In addition the position posted may be either full-time or fee-for-service (FFS), depending on the current caseload which will be discussed during the interview. This arrangement can vary and is subject to change.**

Responsibilities:
- Respond to the needs and requests of BTs and/or RBTs, as well as school district personnel, on an individualized basis and in a professional manner.
- Goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.
- Act as a liaison between BT/RBT and school district.
- Provide in-person support, modeling and feedback to BT/RBT on a weekly basis
- Maintain the confidentiality of information regarding clients and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations.

And this background:
- Master’s degree in related field (ABA, Psychology, Special Education)
- BCBA/LBA preferred
- Minimum of 3 years working with individuals with special needs
- Minimum of 6 months of supervising BTs and RBTs
- Bilingual a plus
- Experience training on concepts and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable and flexible
- Excellent time management skills
- Organized
- Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind
