- Compensation: $75,000- $90,000

Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Assistant Director, Director, and Vice President to implement regional clinical initiatives supporting quality improvement and service excellence.
- Provide supervision, mentoring, competency assessments, and coaching to assigned clinicians.
- Support Behavior Consultants, Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians, and Special Education providers in delivering high-quality educational and behavioral services.
- Review FBAs, BIPs, Crisis Plans, progress reports, annual reviews, and educational documentation for clinical quality.
- Ensure meaningful data collection systems and progress monitoring are implemented.
- Maintain a direct clinical caseload including consultation, assessments, direct intervention, CSE participation, and district support as assigned.
- Supervise RBT's, Graduate Permit holders and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB and NYSED requirements.
- Assist with annual performance evaluations, ongoing structured feedback, personal improvement plans, and other corrective action
- Serve as the primary clinical liaison for assigned districts.
- Collaborate with administrators regarding student programming, staffing, and behavioral supports.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and CSE meetings.
- Assist districts with problem solving around challenging student cases.
- Support implementation of IEPs, BIPs, classroom systems, and educational programming.
- Develop and present district professional development.
- Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation.
- Review documentation for quality, compliance, and consistency.
- Monitor clinician productivity and service utilization.
- Ensure compliance with BACB, NYSED, Family of Kidz, Medicaid, and district expectations.
- Review data to support clinical decision making.
- Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and orientation of new clinicians.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Director regarding staffing, scheduling, and provider utilization.
- Support performance improvement plans, coaching, and corrective action as assigned.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and quality indicators.
- Participate in regional initiatives and implementation of new systems.
- Support expansion of Special Education and Behavior Services throughout Westchester.
- Collaborate with Service Coordinators to ensure continuity of services.
About You:

And this background:
- NYS Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance
- Master’s degree Required in one of the following: Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, Educational/Health/Human Services
- BCBA Certification and / or LBA
- Minimum of (3) year experience working in a setting focusing on supporting children and their families, preferably school based consultation services
- Bilingual is a plus
- Reliable transportation to get to assigned caseload and supervisee settings
