Job type: Part-time, 10-30 hours per week as a 1099/contractor, schedule flexibility

Compensation: $80 per 60-minute session
Patient Care & Support Responsibilities:
-
Provide individual tele-therapy to patients requesting regular sessions using FamilyWell’s virtual platform.

Conduct one-on-one psychological intakes for referred FamilyWell program patients, gathering comprehensive assessments to inform treatment planning.

Document patient progress comprehensively, sharing treatment recommendations with medical providers, psychiatric consultants, and other treating professionals as needed.

Facilitate treatment plan modifications for patients needing more intensive or specialized mental health care, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions.

Develop and deliver Care Plans post-session, offering patients actionable insights and follow-up steps.

Collaborate on relapse prevention self-management plans for patients nearing discharge, ensuring a structured approach to maintaining their mental health gains.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Licensed mental health provider who holds an active license in MA, CT, NH and/or IL. (LICSW/LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT)
- All applicants must be able to practice independently / without supervision.
Experience:
- We provide in house training and mental health certification for both perinatal and peri/menopause. This is great opportunity gain additional clinical skills and specialities!

Formal perinatal or peri/menopause mental health training, or a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working with either the perinatal or peri/menopause population, is preferred but not required
