FamilyWell provides comprehensive virtual mental health services designed specifically for integration into OB/Gyn and Family Medicine practices utilizing the psychiatric collaborative care model. FamilyWell’s virtual care team model delivers evidence-based coaching, therapy, care coordination, and psychiatric services with specialized expertise in perinatal mental health and perimenopause/menopause. Role:

• Location: Remote

• Department: Clinical Operations

• Reports to: Lead Therapist

• Job type: Part-time, 10-30 hours per week as a 1099/contractor, schedule flexibility

• Compensation: $80 per 60-minute session

Patient Care & Support Responsibilities:

• Provide individual tele-therapy to patients requesting regular sessions using FamilyWell’s virtual platform.

• Conduct one-on-one psychological intakes for referred FamilyWell program patients, gathering comprehensive assessments to inform treatment planning.

• Document patient progress comprehensively, sharing treatment recommendations with medical providers, psychiatric consultants, and other treating professionals as needed.

• Facilitate treatment plan modifications for patients needing more intensive or specialized mental health care, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions.

• Develop and deliver Care Plans post-session, offering patients actionable insights and follow-up steps.

• Collaborate on relapse prevention self-management plans for patients nearing discharge, ensuring a structured approach to maintaining their mental health gains.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Licensed mental health provider who holds an active license in MA, CT, NH and/or IL. (LICSW/LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT)
• All applicants must be able to practice independently / without supervision.

Experience:

• We provide in house training and mental health certification for both perinatal and peri/menopause. This is great opportunity gain additional clinical skills and specialities! 

• Formal perinatal or peri/menopause mental health training, or a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working with either the perinatal or peri/menopause population, is preferred but not required
