Role:

  • Location: Remote

  • Department: Care Services

  • Reports to: Lead Therapist

  • Job type: 1099/Contract, approximately 5-10 hours/week

  • Compensation: $80/session (sessions are 53+ minutes and session rate includes documentation)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled therapist licensed in the state of IL and interested in working with peri/menpausal people. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Training: Watch the FamilyWell Peri/menopausal Mental Health training modules (Consists of recorded, async videos)
  • Calendar Management: Add your availability into Electronic Medical Record (EHR) software so potential patients can see your availability. 
  • Conduct therapy sessions and complete documentation in the EHR
  • Communication Management: collaborate with the care team as needed (therapists, psychiatric consultants and care managers) 
  • Maintenance of CAQH profile 

Minimum Qualifications/Licenses :

  • Masters degree and active independent licensure in the state of IL 
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Passionate and driven to improve peri/menopausal mental healthcare delivery, especially for vulnerable patient populations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and innovative mental health solutions.
  • Proficiency with tele-therapy platforms and virtual care delivery.
  • Start-up experience preferred
