About the Team

Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology. Backed by world-class investors, operators, and sports & entertainment partners, we are building the global leader in next-generation collectibles. As part of the broader Fanatics ecosystem, we leverage a digital sports platform that spans over 900 sports properties and engages more than 81 million fans. Together, we are reimagining every part of the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.

Role Summary

The Senior Recruiter will support Fanatics Collectibles by delivering high-quality, efficient, full-cycle recruitment across China and Japan. This is a highly hands-on, end-to-end recruiting role responsible for building proactive talent pipelines, reducing reliance on external agencies, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The role requires a high level of agility, tenacity, and the ability to operate effectively under pressure in a lean environment.

This position reports to the Director, International Recruiting.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver full lifecycle recruitment across multiple functions within China and Japan
  • Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs
  • Reduce agency usage by developing effective direct sourcing strategies and talent communities
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business priorities
  • Manage expectations with Hiring Managers and provide ongoing counsel throughout the hiring process
  • Ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle
  • Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics (e.g., time to fill, pipeline health, candidate experience) to inform decision-making
  • Operate with agility in a lean, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities under pressure
  • Demonstrate tenacity in driving roles to completion and overcoming hiring challenges
  • Proactively identify and resolve hiring bottlenecks, driving continuous improvement in processes and outcomes
  • Lead early career recruiting initiatives, including university relations and campus engagement strategies
  • Plan and execute hiring events such as career fairs and campus recruiting activities
  • Manage and execute local job postings across relevant platforms and channels
  • Collaborate with global recruiting teams and local hiring teams to ensure consistent adherence to defined processes and standards
  • Adopt and leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools in alignment with global processes and guidelines to enhance sourcing and hiring efficiency
  • Utilize recruiting technologies and data insights to improve effectiveness and hiring outcomes

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 8 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including both agency and in-house recruiting
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in APAC markets, particularly China and Japan
  • Strong hands-on sourcing capability with a track record of building proactive talent pipelines
  • Demonstrated success reducing agency reliance and driving direct hiring strategies
  • Background in early career recruiting and university relations, including organizing and running hiring fairs
  • Ability to thrive in a lean, high-pressure environment, demonstrating agility, resilience, and strong execution
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering closely with Hiring Managers
  • Experience in reporting and using recruiting metrics to drive performance and improvements
  • Experience working within global frameworks while adapting to local market needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate global organizational dynamics
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin required
  • Experience in CPG or similar industries is strongly preferred
