About the Role

We are seeking a Product Strategy Manager to help define the structure and evolution of trading card products across the Topps portfolio. Sitting at the intersection of Strategy and Product Development, this role uses brand standards, product-performance data, collector insights, retailer feedback, and market trends to build the initial blueprint for products across multiple brands and sports. The Product Strategy Manager will help determine how core product elements fit together, establish consistency and complexity guardrails, and lead cross-functional alignment before products move into detailed development and creative execution.

The ideal candidate is a structured, highly analytical operator who can translate data and strategy into clear product recommendations and detailed frameworks. They bring experience in product management or development, business analytics, management consulting, strategic operations, or a related field, along with strong executive communication and the ability to influence across teams. Familiarity with physical consumer products, trading cards, collectibles, or other fandom-driven categories is strongly preferred, as is the judgment to distinguish personal preferences from evidence about what collectors and the market value.

What you will be doing...

  • Overseeing the initial blueprint of Products across several Topps portfolios
  • Conducting Product Architecture meetings – validating the initial Product Build against brand standardization guidelines before handoff to the Product Development teams
  • Work closely with the Product Strategy, Creative, and Product Development teams to deliver the highest quality of product deliverables consistently across the portfolio
  • Be a champion of Brand standardization and consistency across a broad portfolio
  • Work with the Product Strategy team to analyze collector insights, market data, retailer feedback, and industry trends to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Help drive Quarterly Brand Reviews to review brand performance, collector insights, insert ecosystems, and innovation opportunities for the upcoming year

What you will bring...

  • 4-10 years of experience in Product Development, Product Management, Business Analytics, Management Consulting or Strategic Ops
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, BI), AI tools (Claud, Chat GPT, etc.) and comfort learning new internal technology tools.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally across different teams, managing senior stakeholders across global organizations, and delivering executive-level presentations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
  • Background in developing innovative physical products; trading card or collectibles experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • Passion for trading cards, collectibles, and fan culture.
