Role Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Supply Chain Technology to build the products and technology that enable a scalable, connected, and efficient global supply chain.

You’ll define product strategy and roadmaps for technology that helps our teams plan effectively, improve inventory and operational visibility, streamline workflows, and move products through the supply chain with greater speed and confidence.

Working closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Product, you’ll turn complex operational challenges into scalable technology solutions. Success means creating products that make our supply chain more efficient, resilient, and easier to operate as Fanatics Collectibles continues to grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Own product strategy and roadmaps for key Supply Chain Technology capabilities.
  • Partner with supply chain teams to identify operational challenges and opportunities where technology can drive meaningful improvement.
  • Build products that improve planning, inventory visibility, operational workflows, and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, connect fragmented systems and data, and simplify complex workflows.
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
  • Partner closely with Engineering throughout discovery, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Balance immediate operational needs with longer-term platform investments and scalability.
  • Define success metrics and use data and customer feedback to measure impact and guide product decisions.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders around priorities, tradeoffs, and technology investments.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience building and owning complex software products.
  • Demonstrated experience defining product strategy, prioritizing roadmaps, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering teams to build enterprise software, operational technology, or workflow solutions.
  • Ability to understand complex operational problems and translate them into intuitive, scalable products.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, independently prioritize competing opportunities, and drive decisions with limited guidance.
  • Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, delivery, and lifecycle management.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with supply chain, inventory management, planning, logistics, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or related technology.
  • Familiarity with supply chain planning, inventory, order management, warehouse management, or transportation systems.
  • Experience building workflow automation, operational visibility, exception management, or decision-support products.
  • Experience evaluating enterprise platforms and build-versus-buy decisions.
  • Experience in consumer products, commerce, collectibles, retail, or another operationally complex industry.

The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation.  This salary range is specific to New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.  When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training. NYC Salary Range

$155,000 - $193,000 USD
