About the Company

Fanatics Collectibles is the global home for trading cards, sports memorabilia, and digital collectibles, bringing fans closer to the sports moments they love through Topps, Fanatics Live, and Fanatics Collect. As we scale across three platforms, promotions, orchestration, and loyalty are core levers for acquiring new collectors, driving engagement, and bringing back lapsed ones.

Role Summary

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our promotional and loyalty roadmap — the capabilities that let us drive engagement by rewarding the right behavior, at the right moment, for the right collector. This person will drive the strategy and build-out of our promotional and referral capabilities, and how we orchestrate them into cohesive lifecycle campaigns across Topps, Live, and Collect. The role reports to the Sr. Product Director, Growth, and works primarily in partnership with our Lifecycle team, along with Acquisition, Engineering, and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for promotional capabilities across Topps, Live, and Collect, including how offers, credits, and rewards are created, targeted, and fulfilled
  • Drive the roadmap for campaign orchestration, ensuring lifecycle and marketing teams can build and launch targeted, well-timed campaigns that drive engagement across the collector lifecycle
  • Own the referral experience, from strategy through execution and optimization
  • Define and evolve our broader loyalty strategy, including how promotions, rewards, and referrals fit together to deepen engagement across the collector experience
  • Partner closely with Lifecycle to translate campaign and retention goals into product requirements, and with Acquisition to ensure promotional mechanics support growth and conversion goals
  • Partner with Engineering to determine the right technical approach for each capability, balancing internal platform investment against third-party tools
  • Partner with our central platform organization to ensure their roadmap and capabilities stay aligned with the growth needs of our business
  • Build in the guardrails these capabilities need in practice — targeting precision, budget management, fraud and abuse prevention, and compliance considerations
  • Define success metrics for promotional and loyalty programs and use them to guide prioritization
  • Act as a cross-functional leader, aligning stakeholders across marketing, engineering, finance, and other teams without formal authority

Scope & Impact

  • Owns promotional, orchestration, referral, and loyalty strategy across all three platforms
  • Directly influences acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation outcomes
  • Serves as the primary product voice for lifecycle and loyalty investments, shaping priorities for internal and vendor-provided technology alike

Qualifications

Required

  • 6+ years in Product Management, including meaningful experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, or promotions
  • Track record of owning a roadmap that spans multiple stakeholder teams and technical systems
  • Experience evaluating and deciding between building internal capabilities and adopting third-party tools
  • Strong understanding of campaign orchestration, segmentation, and event-driven marketing systems, with a track record of using them to drive engagement
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience designing programs that account for budget, fraud, and compliance considerations

Preferred

  • Experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, or live commerce platforms
  • Familiarity with sports, collectibles, or fan engagement ecosystems
  • Experience designing or launching a referral or loyalty program from the ground up
  • Experience working with marketplace or seller-side incentive models
