ROLE OVERVIEW
The B2B Coordinator is responsible for managing the full B2B order lifecycle — from quotation and order placement through to final delivery — for Paris-Saint-Germain B2B customers in France and international markets. Acting as the primary point of contact for PSG B2B customers, this role bridges internal teams including buying, logistics, invoicing, and supply chain with external partners such as carriers and customs agents. The B2B Coordinator delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams)
• Partner closely with the UK B2B team, buying teams, and invoicing teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely escalation when orders are at risk.
• Serve as the key internal liaison across supply chain, logistics, and commercial functions to align on priorities, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
• Support seasonal planning and product launch timelines by coordinating cross-functionally to secure supply and meet customer deadlines.
Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)
• Act as the primary point of contact for Paris-Saint-Germain B2B customers, responding to daily requests, providing product availability updates, and proposing alternatives when needed.
• Develop and maintain commercial materials such as product catalogues and order forms to support an efficient and professional customer experience.
• Monitor shipment claims and coordinate resolution, keeping customers and stakeholders informed on delivery status at every stage.
• Ensure pre-orders are placed and fulfilled in line with buying and customer deadlines, upholding on-time and in-full delivery standards.
Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)
• Support the implementation of automation and operational best practices across B2B order management workflows.
• Analyse stock discrepancies and act as the point of contact for issue resolution, identifying root causes and driving corrective action.
• Support the creation of data-driven B2B business presentations that surface performance insights and inform commercial decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of ERP and WMS data processes, including imports of new collections, pricing updates, and product classifications.
Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)
• Manage the full B2B order management cycle including quotations, orders, and invoicing with accuracy and urgency.
• Maintain an up-to-date B2B order tracker, monitor backorders, and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure priorities are clearly communicated.
• Work daily with the logistics provider to monitor shipments, delivery schedules, and customs clearance, including export documentation where applicable.
• Track daily inbound and supplier arrival timelines to ensure client orders are fulfilled without disruption.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING
Required Qualifications:
• Preferred 2+ years of experience in a B2B, wholesale, or sales operations role.
• Experience using ERP software or similar order management systems, with the ability to manage data entry, extracts, and reporting.
• Knowledge of export processes and international shipping flows, including customs clearance and carrier coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build analytical reports and business presentations.
• Professional working proficiency in English; French language skills strongly preferred given the Paris-based customer base.
• Strong interest in sports merchandising or the broader sports industry.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
WORK LOCATION
Hybrid: The primary place of performance of this role is the Company's office located in Paris, subject to the Company's current hybrid work policy. This role currently requires in-office presence 3 days per week.
