As we continue to scale our global platform, the Supervisor, Warehouse will play a critical role in driving timely, accurate fulfillment of customer orders across warehouse operations.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Supervisor, Warehouse is essential to timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, reporting directly to site leadership and directing routine and advanced assignments across receiving, shipping, kitting, intra-company delivery, picking, and inventory management. The Supervisor delegates athletes and resources across work centers, leverages handheld technology and inventory software systems to manage WIP, and collaborates with fellow Supervisors and Planning to execute complex projects and site priorities. The Supervisor, Warehouse delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Partner with fellow Supervisors, Site Leadership, Planning, HR, and EHS to coordinate priorities, address personnel issues, resolve safety violations, and execute complex projects across the facility.
- Communicate effectively and on a timely basis with all internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on fulfillment goals, work-in-progress status, and shipping decisions driven by fulfillment and individual customer criteria.
People Leadership:
- Own the full athlete lifecycle within the team — selection, onboarding, training, timekeeping, coaching, corrective and commendation actions, and ongoing career development.
- Model a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment daily, holding the team accountable to company standards, operating procedures, and safety requirements.
Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including picking at a 98% accuracy rate, packaging to customer specification, kitting, and shipping to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and without error.
- Direct the proper inspection and verification of received goods against purchase orders, checking for damage, quantity, size, weight, labeling accuracy, and conformance to specifications.
- Ensure all outbound shipments and inbound receipts are processed accurately within inventory software systems, maintaining real-time visibility into WIP and stock levels.
- Participate in cycle counts and year-end physical inventory to sustain inventory accuracy that underpins reliable fan-facing fulfillment.

- Leverage systems and technology — including Infor Powerlink/FMS, handheld devices, and Microsoft Suite — to make data-informed decisions around shipping and fulfillment in real time.
- Identify and act on operational deficiencies, including mislabeled or non-conforming product, hazardous chemical labeling gaps, or process breakdowns, and escalate or resolve as appropriate.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess relevant facts, explore alternative approaches, and recommend solutions that improve throughput and quality.
- Champion continuous improvement through department Six Sigma activities, general housekeeping discipline, and a culture of operational excellence across all work centers.
Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)
- Operate and oversee the safe use of power forklifts, box trucks, and other company vehicles — including in daylight, nighttime, and inclement weather conditions — to support intra-company delivery and receiving operations.
- Ensure the accurate completion of all receiving documents, data entry, material routing, and BOM and internal supply order fulfillment to maintain operational continuity across the site.
- Flex across assigned work centers, building locations, and shift patterns as directed by site leadership, demonstrating readiness to lead wherever the operation needs it most.
- Maintain all required certifications including PIT, DOT Physical/License, and fall protection, and enforce adherence to all PPE requirements and safety standards across the team.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING
Required Qualifications:
- 36 months of general warehouse or shipping/receiving experience, with a strong working knowledge of warehouse, shipping, receiving, and manufacturing processes including order flow, bills of material, and shop packets.
- 12 months of leadership experience strongly preferred, with demonstrated ability to coach, delegate, and develop team members.
- Valid driver's license with no moving violations in the last three years; ability to operate all company vehicles including power forklift, box truck, and leased or owned vehicles in all conditions, and ability to attain power forklift operator's certification.
- Proficient data entry skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Infor Powerlink/FMS, with the ability to learn new software programs as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability, including the capacity to count accurately, perform simple math, inspect materials and finished products for defects, and follow written instructions precisely.
- Physical capability to sustain moderate activity throughout the shift, including lifting up to 25 lbs. independently and participating in team lifts up to 50 lbs., standing and walking for the full shift, climbing ladders frequently, crouching, reaching, bending, gripping repetitively, and pushing a cart continuously.
- Current or ability to obtain required certifications: PIT operator, DOT Physical/License, and fall protection; DOT exam required to operate company vehicles.

The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
